Chef Profile Ricardo Rendon

Ricardo comes from Lima City, Peru. He began his career studying Hospitality and Tourism Management at San Martin de Porres University with a passion for hospitality and customer service. After gaining experience in a variety of positions, Ricardo was appointed manager of the newly opened 5 star hotel in Lima city called Suites Las Americas.

Since opening, it quickly became the most visited hotel in Las Americas hotels chain. After great success Ricardo broadened his experience working for other hotels before returning to manage Suites Las Americas again. He then moved on to help manage the Holiday Inn Select's Crowne Plaza Hotel with similar success. In 2008, Ricardo moved with his family to start a new life and follow his passion for Peruvian food.
